My daughter is 6 years old and loves going to yoga. She loves showing us her yoga moves and even her little 2 year old brother tries to copy her. The classes has been great for her self-esteem - she came home after a lesson one day saying: 'Mummy, I believe I can do it if I try hard enough'. Olya is great with the children and the classes are a good size with a nice age balance. Yoga for children is definately something I would recommend to my friends!
I recently completed 10 weeks of pregnancy yoga at AMOR Yoga Studio in Sidcup. Having never done yoga before I didn't really know what to expect but it has been a great experience. I found the classes enjoyable, relaxing and spiritual under Olya’s excellent tuition. Olya is a great teacher - she is always welcoming, friendly, warm and genuine. The studio is a lovely environment and well-equipped. I hope to return for post-natal classes in the near future!

Olya is a very special person who has a calm empathic presence. She is teaching my child and her friends Yoga and they love her class. They come out totally chilled and happy! The studio is a haven of tranquility much needed in their busy lives
Really enjoyed my prenatal class with Olya. She set a wonderful atmosphere in the lovely studio, and allowed us to really connect with our bumps, whilst doing proper yoga! Other classes have focused too much on relaxation for me (though the relaxation was amazing with lavender pillows, bolster cushions, blankets etc all provided) but I felt like Olya was able to push us to our comfortable limits. Highly recommend.
I love Amor Yoga for it's warm and friendly atmosphere and wonderful Yoga classes. I was welcomed here from day one and loved it ever since. the room is warm and sunny, clean and beautiful just like you want a Yoga studio to be. It's small and there is no big corporation behind it rushing you around. We chat, there is tea if you want, the bathrooms have soap that smells good. It's not pretentiously Ommy but a wonderful place to feel at home in and be yourself at. Highly recommend.
I have been doing mum and baby yoga for few months and truly enjoyed it! Every session started with baby massage that my little one loved! After we would do some postnatal yoga - which helped me to relax, enjoy the moment and get back to my pre-pregnancy size (well, almost, but in this case - chocolate cheesecakes are to blame). Olya (who runs the class) is lovely and friendly and always has some good advises on healthy living.
I've been attending this class with my baby for several months now and we both thoroughly enjoy it! I love the fact that it's aimed at mums so I get to do some yoga, but it's baby friendly so I can stop and feed/cuddle/change my son as needed. Olya (who runs the class) is lovely, and very good at tailoring the exercise to your postnatal recovery and how tired or energetic you're feeling on any particular day.
